We, as a company are keen to keep our customers satisfied with our quality products and thus, we take full care that before manufacturing each product undergoes an approval process by our Quality Control Department which issues an Inspection Certificate, before dispatch from the ware house. We make sure that a copy of the Quality Control certificate is sent to the customer with the order bill for their satisfaction.
All the raw materials are treated for pest and termite before manufacturing the product.
The wood used in the furniture is perfectly seasoned.
We ensure timely delivery for each of our products as and when the order is placed. In Delhi/NCR we take 7 to 10 days and outside 15 to 20 days, If it is in stock.
Delivery of any customized or not in stock product, we will take 4 to 6 weeks in Delhi/NCR and outside 6 to 8 weeks.
We undertake shipping through our own logistics and take all reasonable precautions that the order reaches the customer within the stipulated time unless there is delay due to major unforeseen factors.
There would lie no claim against us for delay in delivering products on account of delay in delivery on the afore-mentioned causes.
The work is not in our scope it will be done on chargeable basis.
The product comes with an 18 month warranty against any manufacturing defects.
Natural wear & tear of products, however, is exempted from the warranty.
After expiration of the warranty on the product we also provide maintenance services.
Warranty provided by us is subject to the care instructions of the particular product. If no reasonable care is taken of the product, we may charge the customer as per the damage and then accordingly provide services. For the care instructions, please refer to the product properties.
CANCELLATION POLICY, REPLACEMENT AND RETURN policy
We accept the cancellation of orders once placed. In the event of cancellation on or before48 hours of placing order, nominal charges will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded to you. However, no cancellation requests will be accepted after 48 hours from the time of placing the order on Wood Flicker as the furniture is made specifically as per the order requirements.
Orders of Customized products cannot be replaced or cancelled.
For any transit, manufacturing defect or damage we offer easy replacements. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of damaged product at our customer care number 011-23312332 and our customer care executive will guide you with the further process. You can also email us the photographs of the damaged product with the order number and item code at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement part.
For replacement of whole product, we may take maximum 35days from the date of assessment of damage.
The reversal of money would be in the form of a cheque.
If you receive your product in a damaged condition, then all claims must be made maximum within 20 days of receipt of the product. Your request for a repair will be processed as soon as we receive the photographs of the damage to ascertain extent. We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed by our team.
The Terms and Conditions of all transactions entered between the customer and Wood flicker and the relationship between customer and Wood flicker for placing an order and delivery, and for any claims subject to the relationship of the customer with Wood flicker, shall be governed in accordance with the Indianlaws without reference to any conflict of legal principles.
All claims, differences and disputes arising out of or in connection with or in relation with our Website, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRODUCT
1. Avoid keeping very hot or very cold materials on the wood directly, always use bed tables or mats
2. Any spillage should be wiped away with a dry cloth immediately
3. We recommend half yearly wax polish for all the furniture’s.
4. Most of our furniture is made of natural materials, which will have natural differences and the occasional minor blemish.
1. Accessories shown may not be part of standard product and only for visualization.
2. Our Products made out of natural raw material and the color and dimensions may vary up to 0.05% from the images on website and dimensions specified.
3. However Wood flicker would like to suggest you before delivery of the product please visit our studio to check your item.
4. Price may vary for customized products.
5. We can customize the sizes not the design.
6. The price shown on the website is the MRP of the product.

Please note these are natural features of wood that provide character to each piece of wooden furniture and are accepted as per Industry standards. Please check dimensions of the entrance/door to your home/office/shop/building/premise before buying, so as to ensure that there is no problem in getting the product inside. In such a situation we will not be able to accept return or cancellation. There are some items that you will need to assemble on your own. For this item please check the details above. Wherever woodflicker provides, the carpenter visits will be scheduled subsequent to the delivery of the item.
